<BR>Job Description:<BR><BR> WHY WAIT?<BR>Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity?<BR>This may be your lucky day!<BR>It is time for a change, and CDI can help!<BR><BR>We have an immediate need for a Software Design Engineer V.<BR><BR>JOB DESCRIPTION<BR>For local candidates only.<BR><BR>Summary: <BR>SOFTWARE TEST/QA ENGINEER <BR>Evaluates and tests retail Website software and user-experience to verify that Websites function according to specifications and standards by performing the following duties. <BR><BR>Essential Duties and Responsibilities: <BR>-Tests Web software to compare to specifications and documentation. <BR><BR>-Identifies, analyzes, and documents defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in Web software functions, outputs, online screens, and content. <BR><BR>-Establishes benchmarks for program efficiency in operating and response times. <BR><BR>-Creates test cases and test data. <BR><BR>-Creates and executes automated test scripts using testing software programs. <BR><BR>-Installs, maintain, and uses testing software programs. <BR><BR>-Responds to inquiries from developers and technical support regarding functions and operations of software programs. <BR><BR>-Contributes to establishment of standards and procedures for program design and testing. <BR><BR>-Recommends program improvements or revisions to programmers and system analysts. <BR><BR>-Reviews client PC and server logs and reports to identify program processing errors and possible improvements. <BR><BR>-Coordinates testing by users and third parties. <BR><BR>-Identifies program variances from standards and suggests modifications to conform. <BR><BR>-Conducts compatibility tests with other software programs, hardware, multiple operating systems, and network environments. <BR><BR>-Documents, tracks, and communicates test plans, test results, analysis, and unresolved problems. <BR><BR>Minimum Qualifications: <BR>Bachelors degree from four-year college or university plus two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. <BR><BR>-Advanced computer knowledge and experience (to be determined based on specific assignment). <BR><BR>Additional Information: <BR>-MUST be experienced with modern software testing methodologies.<BR>-MUST be experienced with QA-testing complex Website user-experience flows and test-cases. <BR>-Candidates QA/testing qualifications will be vetted during screening. <BR> <BR>TAKE ACTION!<BR>Why wait another day?<BR>It is time to act!<BR>Apply NOW and join the CDI Team TODAY!<BR><BR> Experience:<BR><BR> <BR><BR><BR><BR>Software Design Engineer V - NEEDED NOW!<BR>df-lj More...
