<P>Director of Quality Management - Quality Management Director of Organizational Quality Management - Quality Management </P> <P>Skills Required <BR>Quality Management, Risk Management, RN, BSN, Quality Mgmt Certification,<BR>Director of Organizational Quality Management - Quality Management - Risk Management</P> <P>If you are a great Quality & Risk Management with great experience, please read on!</P> <P>What you need:<BR>- Education: Registered Nurse, BSN Required, Masters preferred<BR>- Registration: Certification or on-the-job training in quality management, risk management, and peer review experience preferred.<BR>- 3-5 years experience of demonstrated skills and experience in Quality and Risk Management<BR>- Thorough knowledge of quality improvement systems and functions, ability to use basic quality statistical and analytical techniques, thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations, JCAHO and other regulatory standards. <BR>- Knowledge of risk management, peer review functions and customer satisfaction systems. <BR>- Ability to use a variety of custom and standard software programs including word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.</P> <P>What you'll be doing:<BR>Quality Management<BR>- Develops and maintains the organizational Quality Management Program.<BR>- Updates the Performance Improvement Plan Annually.<BR>- Coordinates QM Project reporting from all departments in the organization<BR>- Oversees investigation and root cause analysis of hospital incidents<BR>- Provide input to strategic planning process for our hospital and medical staff.<BR>- Responsible for facilitating teams in QI activities, processes and data management.<BR>Risk Management<BR>- Develops and maintains the Risk Management Program.<BR>- Updates and maintains risk reporting and risk management system including sentinel and critical event reporting and follow-up.<BR>- Responsible for determining proactive methodologies to continue a culture of patient safety and risk reduction within the organization<BR>- Reports to administration, medical staff and board on important medical/legal issues.<BR>- Directs all professional, general and product liability claims managements and legal defense activities in conjunction with insurance carriers, consultants and legal counsel.<BR>- Develops and maintains the Physician Peer Review Program.<BR>- Develops and implements house-wide customer satisfaction program.<BR>- Works with the Compliance Officer to implement the Compliance Plan.</P> <P>What's in it for you:<BR>- Competitive Salary<BR>- Comprehensive Benefits</P> <P>So, if you are a great Quality & Risk Management with great experience, please apply today! </P>df-lj More...
