They analyze, facilitate, model and organize information in order to elicit requirements, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish solution ideas from business needs. <BR> Looking for a Functional PeopleSoft HCM resource with extensive experience in implementing, upgrading and maintaining PeopleSoft HCM in releases 8.9 or 9.0. The resource must have hands on experience working with the North American Payroll (USF), and Time and Labor modules; also must possess proven skills and abilities in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis and implementation practice demonstrated by thorough understanding of the delivered HCM functionalities, its underlying business processes and capabilities. <BR> The Business Analyst position requires 5-9+ years of demonstrated analyst experience using modeling languages, technical product life cycle concepts and requirements engineering, among other applied skills and knowledge. <BR> <P><B><U> Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience: </U></B> </P> <UL> <LI> PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 or 9.0 functional certification <LI> PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 and 9.0 for North American Payroll (USF) and Time & Labor, Self-Service, Absence Management. HCM 8.9/9.0 functionalities, its business process purposes and underlying table setup and configurations. <LI> Developing specs and applying custom Time and Labor rules. <LI> Positive time reporting process. <LI> Defining and configuring HCM 8.9 and 9.0 workflow, business policies, business object operations. <BR>Designing and implementing self-service functionality. <LI> Delivered integration processes and data exchange between PeopleSoft suites: FMS, EPM, CRM. <LI> Gathering and analyzing user requirements, performing fit/gap analysis and developing prototypes. <LI> Ability to understand a clients business quickly and translate that understanding into a well-designed IT solution. <LI> Ability to ask the right questions to draw out the requirements to assist the business unit making the right decision. <LI> Strong analytical, problem solving and debugging skills. Should be able to provide accurate problem analysis to the business unit and follow up with documentation. <LI> Has significant PeopleSoft HCM implementation and support experience as well as patch/fixes analysis, analyze production architecture and process methodologies. <LI> Business Process Management framework. <LI> Delivered query and report capabilities: PS Query, Crystal Report, XML Publisher. <LI> PeopleTools 8.48, 8.49. <LI> Good communication skills <LI> Good team player <LI> PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 or 9.0 functional certification </LI></UL> <P><B><U> Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience: </U></B> </P> <UL> <LI> Experience working with Absence Management is a plus. </LI></UL>df-lj More...
