Service Manager, Audio and Video, Commercial Systems Service Manager, Audio and Video, Commercial Systems - Skills Required - Service Manager, Audio and Video<BR><BR> Service Manager, Audio and Video<BR><BR>We are only considering candidates who have experience launching and managing a Service Department within a commercial Audio Video firm.<BR><BR>We are a stable, growing, commercial Audio/Video integration firm looking for an Experienced Audio/Video Service Manager. We have an outstanding company reputation with tons of room for professional growth.<BR><BR>We specialize in high-end commercial projects including theater, multi-zone audio, automation, video and teleconferencing and lighting control. <BR><BR>You will have at least 5 years Audio Video Service Management experience of an Intermediate to Advanced level. Must have clean driving, criminal record - Must pass drug test as well.<BR><BR>In this growth position you will:<BR><BR>~ Launch a new service department for our company<BR>~ From there on out:<BR>~ Develop and update project schedules<BR>~ Be on-site with service team on first day to insure that they have adequate information to proceed<BR>~ Develop a day by day task list for service team<BR>~ Monitor and update daily task list and keep customer and/or consultant updated on progress<BR>~ Schedule Field Engineer and Programmer on-site as needed<BR>~ Closeout Phase<BR>~ Develop and update written punchlist as the job comes to completion<BR>~ Coordinate the development and delivery of documentation <BR>~ Schedule Field Engineer, Programmer, and Technicians as needed to close out the job<BR>~ Conduct training sessions on all jobs - schedule Engineer or Programmer to assist on complicated systems<BR>~ Obtain sign-off from customer<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR>~ 4+ years of supervisory experience<BR>~ 4+ years as experience in custom commercial A/V<BR>~ Strong customer relation skills <BR>~ Strong knowledge of project management workflow <BR>~ Self-motivated <BR><BR>Must have experience with:<BR><BR>~ Multi-Room, High-end Audio, and Commercial Systems<BR>~ HDTV Projection and Plasma TV Systems<BR>~ Video Conferencing systems installation/programming <BR>~ Acoustic Design/Installation a plus<BR>~ Proficiency with Microsoft Windows/Office Software<BR>~ Familiarity with 70v systems a plus<BR>~ CTS Certification a plus<BR><BR>Benefits:<BR><BR>~ Excellent salary & benefits, including health insurance & retirement planning.<BR>~ Professional, exciting, and fun work environment with great clients<BR>~ Challenging work in a team atmosphere that encourages accountability, pride in workmanship, and success, along with personal & team growth.<BR>~ Room to grow into Operations Management<BR><BR>If you are ready to work for an amazing company with great benefits and already possess extensive custom audio/video installation & Service Management experience then we look forward to your resume! - SB-POServiceMgr - , , , , , CyberCoders CyberScientificdf-lj More...
